Workshops

We facilitate safe spaces for powerful conversations

Inside the word “challenge”, lies the word “change”. It’s the kind of thing you see then never forget. And that’s how we look at learning: memorable experiences that help you navigate the challenges of change.

Through our tribe of Change Navigators, we are able to provide both live and virtual workshop facilitation. It is our belief that in order to encourage meaningful conversation amongst your team and your organisation, you have to be immersed in the process – not facilitating it.

Team leaders and executives should take the opportunity to engage with their peers on the same level and be part of the solution – not observe it.

And an experienced workshop facilitator with the right tools will enable you to hand over the organisational reins. It will also eliminate bias, by having an external professional as the mediator.

Our only interest is your success! To truly make progress, workshops need to be a journey of discovery, where everyone feels heard – and a tangible path forward needs to be mapped out.

Our facilitators can provide a creative experience that addresses difficult issues in a light and safe environment. Everyone will feel free to have a voice. We also offer virtual workshop facilitation, for those who have teams located all across the country or globe. We can also integrate with the latest technology, should your team need this.

Our Change Room

We help you have the one good conversation that can change you for good. So where do you have that one good conversation? It could be at your offices, but will people speak freely? It could be in a conference room, but will it feel you? Or you could have it in The Change Executive’s dedicated change space, The Change Room.

Don’t worry, you won’t have to undress, just face the naked truth together.

Examples of conversations we’ve hosted:

  • Strategic visioning and planning
  • Restructures, mergers & acquisitions
  • Project and team retros
  • Resolving inter-team conflicts
  • Toxic culture awareness raising
  • Building high-performing teams
  • Improving mental fitness
  • Improving employee experience
  • Building change resilient organisations
  • Impact of Digital transformation

Comprehend - the then and now

We riff, play with, and imagine what’s possible for the organisation. We seek to understand its intent, purpose, ambition and future aspirations – and reasons for wanting or needing to change.

We then ground this future into its current context, the reality of the ‘gestalt” – what is the lived experience of the organisation?

What is its current reality/context? What is the whole that is ‘presenced’? We ask questions, observe, do small projects, research, learn boundaries and listen to stories. We see the organisation, the work it does and the essence of its culture at play.

Connect - the now and then

We represent a comprehensive menu of opportunities for progression towards whatever it is the organisation is seeking to achieve – without judgement, nor favour.

The pathways to improvement are many and varied, not linear. Many can be taken at once, and within the limits of resources available at the time.

We seek to leave the organisation ‘response-able’. With the knowledge, methods and capabilities needed to continue to evolve and change its path creatively and courageously as needed and in step with its ever-changing context.
